STA Personnel Solutions is a global BPO company, partnering with a USA-based client in the Healthcare sector who are committed to making a difference in the lives of individuals and families affected by autism. We are seeking a friendly and proactive Call Centre Client Intake Specialist, who will work with their Intake Team during EST Hours.

In Short

• Be the first point of contact for potential clients.
• Handle inbound inquiries and conduct outbound follow-up calls.
• Convert leads into clients.
• Blend receptionist duties with lead engagement responsibilities.
• Work during EST hours, Monday - Friday.
• This is a remote role for South African Citizens only.
• Maintain accurate records and communication via Outlook and basic Office tools.
• Provide a positive, helpful, and professional first impression to all callers.
• Assist with receptionist-type duties.
• Learn and manage intake processes independently.

Requirements

• Must have a fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps.
• Ability to support a wired Ethernet connection.
• Reliable power backup solution required for load shedding and power outages.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Experience with Office tools.
• Must be a South African citizen.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Willingness to work EST hours.
