In Short

• Fully remote working role.

• Work hours: Mon to Fri from 14:30pm – 23:30pm SA time.
• Alternating weekends required on a rotational basis.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment or headhunting.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to engage candidates effectively.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment.
• Proactive approach to candidate sourcing.
• Ability to manage candidate relationships.
• Experience in healthcare staffing is a plus.
• Must handle compensation discussions professionally.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Must be available to work on public holidays.
