In Short

• Handle inbound calls and provide customer support.
• Schedule appointments using cloud-based systems.

• Work remotely with flexible hours.
• Prepare basic reports using Excel.

• Work hours are Monday to Friday and some Sundays.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and power backup.
• Work on South African and U.S. public holidays.
• Professional and courteous communication required.

Requirements

• Experience in customer support or similar roles.
• Proficiency in using cloud-based systems.
• Strong data entry skills.
• Ability to prepare reports using Excel.
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps).
• Power backup to manage outages.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Professional demeanor when handling calls.
• Willingness to work on public holidays.
