A fast-growing, high-end window and door retailer is seeking a reliable Remote Receptionist & Customer Support Assistant to manage inbound calls and provide customer service support.

In Short

  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls.
  • Route calls to the correct location or department using a decision tree.
  • Provide basic information based on FAQs and scripts.
  • Maintain high customer care standards representing a premium brand.
  • Capture and update caller information in a CRM.
  • Assist with light administrative tasks and data entry.
  • Follow existing scripts and suggest improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with a small remote team.
  • Handle calls across US time zones.
  • Experience with VoIP systems and CRM platforms is preferred.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related role.
  • Excellent spoken English with a clear accent.
  • Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools.
  • Reliable and punctual, comfortable working US business hours.
  • Experience with US-based companies is a plus.
