Overview

The Customer Support Assistant will support the Behavioral & Lifestyle Team by providing exceptional customer service, managing patient requests, and ensuring the seamless implementation of lifestyle programs.

In Short

Monitor patient application chat for requests.
Triage requests including prescription renewals and appointment scheduling.
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions.
Assist with lifestyle program communications.
Track wearable device status for patients.
Help patients set up and troubleshoot devices.
Coordinate with IT for technical issues.
Assist in booking patient sessions with the lifestyle team.
Maintain and update patient records in CRM.
Support the team in optimizing scheduling workflows.

Requirements

Strong customer service skills.
