Bierman Autism Centers, a leader in clinical excellence, is seeking a Junior AI Engineer to join our innovative team and help improve patient care and operational efficiency through AI solutions.

In Short

• Full-time role with hybrid schedule (4 days in office or fully remote).
• Collaborate with senior engineers and data scientists.
• Work on various stages of AI development lifecycle.
• Utilize AI model APIs to enhance development processes.
• Write clean, efficient Python code.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Document processes and communicate technical concepts.
• Stay current with advancements in generative AI.
• Maintain and improve existing AI systems.

Requirements

• Strong foundational understanding of software engineering principles.
• 2+ significant projects in Machine Learning or software development.
• Experience building user-impacting technology.
• Basic to intermediate Python programming skills.
• Ability to use AI tools effectively.
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented culture fit.
• Working understanding of machine learning concepts.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields.
