Overview

Bierman Autism Centers is looking for an experienced, strategic, and hands-on partner to design a formal, disciplined, and outcomes-driven Physician outreach function from the ground up!

In Short

• Build and lead physician and diagnostician outreach function.
• Establish Bierman as a trusted clinical partner for medical professionals.
• Create durable referral relationships grounded in education and service.
• Design strategy, operating model, and playbooks for outreach.
• Personally execute outreach during the initial launch phase.
• Track outreach activity and build systems for scalability.
• Conduct in-person and virtual outreach to develop relationships.
• Plan and deliver educational events.
• Ensure outreach efforts are ethical and compliant.
• Transition towards a blended model of execution and enablement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, marketing, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in healthcare outreach or physician relations.
• Proven experience building outreach functions from scratch.
• Strong understanding of healthcare ethics and compliance.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Experience in behavioral health or pediatrics is preferred.
