Overview

The HR Solutions Enablement Team builds effective, scalable, cohesive HR solutions that minimize redundancy and deliver seamless data and insights for a better end-user experience. You will be part of a team that is responsible for implementing HR Technology solutions, through Workday as well as integrated third party technologies embedded throughout the Talent Acquisition process that drive our operations forward and remove friction.

In Short

  • Join a team focused on HR Technology solutions and Talent Acquisition.
  • Implement and configure Workday Recruiting and third-party technologies.
  • Provide tier-2 support for business-facing end users.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address their needs.
  • Analyze and recommend improvements for HR processes.
  • Support biannual Workday releases and adoption plans.
  • Maintain strong relationships with HR leaders and IT professionals.
  • Work in an agile project delivery environment.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours as needed.
  • Contribute to innovative thinking and solution design.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Workday Recruiting configuration experience.
  • Workday Pro Certification in Recruiting is desirable.
  • Experience leading Workday Recruiting implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of Talent Acquisition technologies and HR processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and consulting skills.
  • Experience with EIB files for mass business transactions.
  • Able to influence without authority and act with urgency.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of process improvement methodologies.
  • Agile project delivery experience is a plus.
