Senior Analyst, HR Technology – Recruiting & Talent - Remote

Overview

The Sr. Analyst, HR Technology – Recruiting & Talent is a key member of the HR Technology team at MasterBrand, responsible for managing and optimizing the Workday Recruiting and Talent infrastructure. This role ensures seamless integration between Workday Talent, Recruiting, Onboarding, and the broader HCM ecosystem, enabling efficient and compliant HR operations.

In Short

• Design, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Workday Recruiting and Talent modules.
• Ensure seamless process flow between Talent, Recruiting, and Onboarding.
• Partner with HR and IT stakeholders to define system requirements.
• Lead testing efforts for system changes and upgrades.
• Analyze and improve business processes for automation.
• Provide Tier 2 support for Recruiting and Talent-related issues.
• Lead Workday semi-annual release preparation and training.
• Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
• Conduct regular audits for data integrity and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HRIS, focusing on Workday Recruiting and Talent.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruiting processes.
• Hands-on experience with Workday configuration and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
