Senior Analyst, HR Technology - Remote

Overview

The Senior Analyst, HR Technology at Covetrus will be responsible for the configuration, support, and optimization of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system, while providing strategic consultation regarding HR systems.

In Short

• Serve as the primary contact for Workday HCM system.
• Lead functional and regression testing efforts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance Workday functionality.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with GDPR.
• Develop reports and dashboards for HR metrics.
• Support HR technology security and process improvements.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide training.
• Participate in HRIS projects and system upgrades.
• Stay updated on Workday features and improvements.
• Facilitate complex HR projects to meet business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in HR Information Systems.
• 5+ years supporting Workday HCM.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in reporting and data analysis tools.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data quality.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
