Overview

The Customer Training Specialist at Covetrus is responsible for empowering customers by providing training on software and technology solutions within veterinary practices to enhance their success.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Minimum 1 year in customer training or support roles.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft O365 suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to coach and train diverse groups.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Veterinary industry knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks.
