Overview

The Technical Instructional System Designer will drive the training development and ensure successful implementation of high-impact learning solutions within GM's Human Resources group.

Requirements

  • Minimum four years of experience in course development or e-learning.
  • Expertise in various training delivery methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and graphic design software.
  • Portfolio demonstrating understanding of ADDIE and SAM models.
  • Bachelor’s degree or certification in Instructional Design preferred.
