Requirements

  • Ph.D. or M.S. in controls, optimization, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in motion planning or related fields.
  • Deep understanding of optimal controls and trajectory optimization.
  • Solid grasp of vehicle dynamics and feedback control theory.
  • Experience with C++/Python in a distributed development environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Passion for self-driving technology.
  • Experience in robotics, ROS, or AV/ADAS industry is a plus.
  • Experience designing safety-critical software applications.
  • Background in numerical optimization algorithms is beneficial.
