Overview

The Robotics Controls Engineer is responsible for several domains, including electrical and functional, focusing on accomplishing full projects with customers. The Controls Engineer is part of the Engineering Department of Movu Robotics.

In Short

• Work out detailed concepts after project kick-off.
• Write functional descriptions and user manuals.
• Create and check electrical diagrams with a draughtsman.
• Ensure timely ordering of components and provide necessary input to purchasing.
• Check electrical connections on-site and assist with technical issues.
• Responsible for project cost, budget, and compliance with local laws.
• Supervise software tests and create test procedures.
• Provide training and standby assistance to customers post-delivery.
• Resolve aftercare issues with the site manager.
• Travel up to 30% for projects abroad.

Requirements

• Master's degree with an electrical specialization.
• 1-3 years' experience with CAD software.
• Creative and technical ability.
• Proactive mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
