Overview

The Staff Engineer for CRM Dynamics will be responsible for implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, ensuring high-quality code and effective communication with clients and team members.

• 7+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
• Expertise in DCRM Sales & DCRM Service implementation.
• Strong customization experience including Custom Entities and Workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate and Custom Business Logic.
• Experience integrating Azure Functions and third-party APIs.
• Proficient in Power BI for CRM analytics.
• Experience in Performance Tuning and Security Model Design.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze client needs and functional requirements.
• Experience in leading UAT and production rollouts.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and set clear expectations.
• Experience in creating and validating WBS and effort estimates.
• Ability to address issues promptly and improve continuously.
• Experience in carrying out POCs for design validation.
