Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at INRIX, you will establish a trusted partnership with our North America public sector customers, ensuring their needs are met and driving sales of INRIX products.

In Short

  • Establish deep understanding of customers' business and technical needs.
  • Become an expert and advocate for INRIX products.
  • Collaborate with onboarding and support teams for customer success.
  • Create success plans and conduct regular reviews.
  • Develop playbooks and self-service content for customer support.
  • Manage renewals and drive customer retention.
  • Deliver presentations on product updates and new developments.
  • Identify expansion opportunities through cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Act as a voice for the customer within the company.
  • Promote INRIX solutions in various forums.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Experience with SaaS solutions.
  • Desirable experience with public sector transportation mobility.
  • Ability to adjust communication based on audience.
  • Strong articulation of customer value.
  • Graphics creation skills and Spanish speaking are a plus.
