Overview

As a Customer Success Engineer at Rescale, you will lead technical engagements with public sector customers, ensuring they have the best cloud HPC experience.

In Short

  • Become a trusted technical advisor for customers.
  • Lead deployment and training activities.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects for successful deployments.
  • Analyze customer technical needs and workflows.
  • Onboard new customer workflows.
  • Gain knowledge of customer HPC environments.
  • Assist in migrating workloads to the cloud.
  • Present Rescale solutions at events.
  • Provide feedback to improve Rescale's platform.

Requirements

  • Experience with technical challenges in the public sector.
  • Customer obsession and empathy in solutions.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role related to software/hardware/cloud.
  • B.S. in engineering, computer science, math, or physics.
  • Must be a U.S. Person.
