This is a career-defining opportunity to act as the strategic right-hand and Executive Assistant to our Founder and CEO, Joris Poort. In Short

• Maximize CEO leverage by owning time, priorities, and follow-through across the CEO’s agenda.
• Manage communications triage with clear SLAs and judgment.
• Coordinate domestic/international meetings and travel logistics.
• Drive operational excellence by partnering with senior leadership.
• Own logistics for board meetings and corporate events.
• Support external speaking and PR engagements.
• Handle complex administrative tasks with tact and initiative.
• Implement automations and AI agents for recurring workflows.
• Manage personal calendar intersections and select personal admin.
• Deliver at pace with high volume work and minimal guidance.

Requirements

• 5+ years supporting a C-level executive in a high-growth tech company.
• Proven experience managing a complex calendar and communications stack.
• Fluency with Google Workspace and modern collaboration tools.
• Comfortable working with urgency and after-hours needs.
• Strong judgment and confidentiality skills.
