• Work on cutting edge of Data Intelligence and AI Physics.
• Engage with strategic customers to understand their engineering workflows.
• Design end-to-end solutions leveraging Rescale Data Intelligence and Rescale AI Physics.
• Build trusted relationships with technical leaders and stakeholders.
• Capture and document customer requirements and workflow gaps.
• Provide structured field feedback to Product and Engineering.
• Collaborate on iterative testing cycles to validate new features.
• Develop technical collateral for AI Physics and agentic engineering workflows.
• Support internal enablement with training materials.
• Work with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive adoption.

Requirements

• 3–6 years in solutions architecture or technical consulting roles.
• Familiarity with simulation workflows and AI/ML integration.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into clear customer value.
• Strong communication skills for technical and executive sessions.
• A strong business mindset to drive customer adoption.
• Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a fail-fast mindset.
• Domain experience in automotive, aerospace, energy, or manufacturing is a plus.
