Data & AI Solution Architect - Remote

Overview

The Data & AI Solution Architect is responsible for being a partner to team members, a mentor, and directly enabling growth of the Data & AI Services team at MCA Connect.

In Short

• Work across Microsoft technologies in Azure and On-Prem to design, develop and deliver solutions.
• Design and document scalable, secure, and efficient data integration and analytics architectures.
• Perform complex organization-wide analysis and create a Data Strategy.
• Effectively communicate the data strategy, implementation plan, and associated costs.
• Mentor junior resources.
• Lead, design, and implement DevOps and CI/CD solutions.
• Own the project backlog, sprint planning, and task estimations.
• Ensure projects stay on track and within budget.
• Demonstrate decision-making and strategic abilities.
• Understand Data Governance techniques and common Architecture Designs.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Data Warehousing, ETL, Analysis Services, Power BI, etc.
• 2+ years working in a Data Architect capacity.
• Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Kafka.
• Experience in designing and implementing data solutions.
• Experience in migrating data to Azure cloud technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Microsoft ERP and CRM tools is desirable.
• Experience with database performance tuning.
• Excellent communication skills.
