Customer Success Manager EMEA - Remote

Overview

The Customer Success Manager EMEA will establish a trusted partnership with public sector customers in the UK or Germany, collaborating with internal teams to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

In Short

• Establish a deep understanding of customers’ business and technical needs.
• Be a subject matter expert on INRIX products.
• Onboard customers and provide training.
• Create success plans with key milestones.
• Conduct regular account reviews.
• Develop playbooks outlining best practices.
• Work with the Customer Engagement Manager to create self-service content.
• Ensure timely renewal processes.
• Deliver presentations on INRIX products.
• Act as the voice of the customer for product development.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Experience with SaaS solutions.
• Fluent in German.
• Experience in Public Sector markets in the UK or Germany is desirable.
• Experience in EMEA markets.
