In Short

  • Responsible for building and closing new business within the retail site selection and commercial real estate ecosystem.
  • Sell INRIX’s location and mobility intelligence to organizations involved in retail location decisions.
  • Focus on site selection, portfolio optimization, and investment decisions.
  • Own prospecting and pipeline development within the retail site selection and CRE vertical.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage full-cycle sales processes, from discovery to negotiation and close.
  • Lead customer conversations that connect INRIX capabilities to business outcomes.
  • Develop strong knowledge of retail and CRE site evaluation.
  • Support customers in scaling INRIX usage across geographies.
  • Build long-term customer relationships for repeat revenue.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales.
  • Proven ability to build pipeline and close new logos.
  • Experience selling into retail, restaurants, or commercial real estate.
  • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills.
  • Comfortable selling data and analytics solutions.
  • Hunter mentality with strong outbound discipline.
  • Ability to translate complex data into revenue-driven value stories.
  • Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-directed and results-oriented.
