Overview

The Customer Operations Specialist will collaborate with various teams to address partner and customer escalations, solve complex problems, and communicate timely resolutions, all while supporting the company's mission of promoting clean energy.

In Short

  • Conduct quality assurance reviews related to Credit Operations processes.
  • Manage and oversee BPO partner communications and performance.
  • Monitor and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Handle escalations from various functional areas.
  • Participate in mail processing and weekly QA calibration calls.
  • Manage case assignments and perform in-depth research.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Engage in social media management and escalations.
  • Lead change initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Take on additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce and reporting tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Self-driven with a focus on team success.
  • Resourcefulness in solving complex issues.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
