Overview

As a Customer Operations Specialist at Deel, you will work with internal teams and partners to build and develop long-term relationships while providing operational support.

• Build and develop long-term relationships with internal teams and partners.
• Provide day-to-day operational systems support.
• Manage user account creation and terminations across multiple systems.
• Build, configure, and troubleshoot systems, including enhancements.
• Maintain support to all departments as required.
• Monitor system configuration to ensure data integrity.
• Act as the main liaison between external vendors, internal teams, and clients.

Requirements

• Basic human resources or payroll industry expertise.
• Ability to analyze Australia employment relationship requirements.
• Expertise in at least 2 industry-recognized ERP systems.
• Ability to carry out detailed data analytics of payroll data.
• Familiarity with benefit deductions and payroll processes.
• Strong attention to detail and execution.
• Ability to manage mid-size client transitions.
• Strong client/customer-facing skills.
• Proven knowledge in MS Office.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
