Remote Customer Service Representative

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team at Geauga Credit Union as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and assisting them with their financial needs.

In Short

• Assist members with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution
• Process loan applications and provide information on credit union products and services
• Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Maintain accurate records of member interactions and transactions
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to meet member needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a financial institution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
