In Short

  • Be the first point of contact for TaskHuman users.
  • Help users with account setup and connecting with coaches.
  • Respond to inbound messages via various channels.
  • Use customer support tools to manage tickets.
  • Guide users to effective resolutions.
  • Conduct technical troubleshooting for users.
  • Maintain a library of FAQs and troubleshooting guides.
  • Identify patterns in tickets for product enhancements.
  • Research best practices for customer experience.
  • Work in a fully remote, flexible environment.

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in English & Spanish.
  • 2+ years of customer support experience.
  • Strong technical acumen for troubleshooting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset.
  • Positive attitude in customer interactions.
