Overview

The Customer Support Concierge at HighLevel is responsible for providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering calls, and facilitating connections with team members in a high-performance environment.

In Short

  • Greet customers and route them to team members.
  • Answer video calls and chats.
  • Work with managers to connect customers on Zoom.
  • Create best practices for waiting room etiquette.
  • Educate customers on chat/Zoom support functions.
  • Provide feedback to improve customer experience.
  • Connect Senior Specialists with scheduled customers.
  • Facilitate urgent escalations.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Prior experience in a relevant role preferred.
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Patience and listening skills.
  • Interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
  • Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection.
  • Flexible schedule availability.
  • Knowledge of HighLevel products preferred.
