Overview

HighLevel is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join the Client Portal Team, responsible for powering the core platform and delivering a high-performance infrastructure for millions of events.

• Lead technical direction for core Client Portal components.

Requirements

• 8+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Expertise in distributed systems and high-scale platforms.
• Strong experience with relational and NoSQL data models.
• 4+ years experience in frontend ecosystems (React/Vue/Angular).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Hands-on leader with a balance of vision and execution.
• Familiarity with monitoring, SLOs, and root-cause analysis.
• Experience with DNS routing and load balancing.
• Familiarity with hallucination mitigation strategies.
• Proven experience optimizing performance and reliability in production systems.
