Staff Client Platform Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Implement and maintain enterprise-level endpoint management systems
• Deploy and maintain endpoint security systems
• Develop and enforce endpoint configuration standards
• Manage software application deployment and patching
• Participate in incident response and remediation tasks
• Build automation using code and infrastructure-as-code
• Troubleshoot endpoint management related issues
• Collaborate with Security team for compliance
• Contribute to Identity Access Management systems
• Document IT processes and procedures

Requirements

• Extensive experience in IT systems administration
• Experience with endpoint management systems like Jamf, Intune
• Understanding of Apple hardware and software
• Experience with identity management systems like Okta
• Experience with low-code automation tools
• Experience configuring VDI in AWS/GCP
• Experience with shell scripting
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
