Overview

Our platform powers scheduling, dispatch, provider management, and benefit administration, using a dynamic marketplace model to connect patients with trusted care providers.

In Short

• Lead technical work in site reliability engineering, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure.
• Improve system resilience and developer productivity.
• Set SLAs and manage incident response protocols.
• Standardize tooling and CI/CD workflows.
• Introduce observability best practices.

• Mentor other engineers through design discussions and code reviews.

Requirements

• Experience with cloud infrastructure, ideally AWS.
• Ability to lead cross-functional technical efforts.
• Expertise with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
• Familiarity with observability practices.
• Comfort with Elixir and TypeScript codebases.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in remote settings.
• A pragmatic approach to balancing investments with business needs.
• Able to work core hours overlapping with US Pacific Time.
