• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting required.
• MBA or CFA preferred.
• Demonstrated interest in AI/automation technologies.
• Ability to partner with executive leadership across functions.
• Comfortable with SEC regulations and financial forecasting.
