Overview

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Generative AI teams at HighLevel, a cloud-based marketing and sales platform. This role involves inspiring and managing a team of engineers to develop robust AI-driven products and oversee strategic project management.

Requirements

• Expertise with large scale AI Agents and Response Evaluations.
• Experience with RAG, knowledge graphs, and reranking.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js, Python, and Vue.js (or React/Angular).
• Experience scaling services to over 200k MAUs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of engineering experience with at least 2 years in management.
• Strong people, communication, and problem-solving skills.
