In Short

  • Provide personalized customer service for Skylight Calendar customers.
  • Engage with customers through phone, video, and email communications.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complex hardware/software issues.
  • Support virtual masterclasses and monitor social media engagement.
  • Report on customer ticket trends to leadership.
  • Innovate and improve customer experience through feedback.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service Team Leads and other departments.
  • Work with Product Managers to provide customer insights for product development.
