Requirements
2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
Experience in customer service, preferably in financial services.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Collaboration-oriented with the ability to drive results.
Ability to work in a team environment.
