Overview

The Customer Service Consultant will handle customer queries and provide support across multiple company brands, ensuring a positive customer experience.

In Short

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in financial services.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaboration-oriented with the ability to drive results.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
