Overview

The Customer Technical Services Consultant will manage relationships with hotels, coordinate with other departments, and prepare solutions for a major hospitality chain in France.

In Short

• Manage relationships with 80 to 100 hotels.
• Act as a representative of the group's offerings.
• Coordinate with other departments for project clarity.
• Prepare and propose sales plans and solutions.
• Frequent travel to client locations across France.

• Ensure coherence in project roadmaps.

• Communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or hospitality management.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and IT solutions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Curiosity, autonomy, and assertiveness are essential.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
