In Short

• We are looking for a Technical Consultant to play an integral role within Upland’s Professional Services organization.
• The Technical Consultant will work with customers and the Professional Services team to integrate and configure custom solutions.
• This role will appeal to someone who pays attention to detail and likes to interact with people.
• Self-starter with impeccable problem-solving skills is required.
• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Provide technical product and solution training.
• Document work done for customers and follow internal processes.
• Track and record time and contributions across milestones.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is a must.

Requirements

• Experienced in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, VB Script, XML, JSON, SQL, C#, and Node-RED.
• Proven ability in being self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with customers.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-centric problem solver.
• Demonstrated ability to ask effective questions.
• Maintain composure in stressful situations and adapt to change.
• Highly analytical and technically proficient.
• Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience with data extraction and analytics-based solutions is preferred.
