In Short

• Plan and coordinate the setup or modification of interfaces for applicant management systems.
• Regularly communicate with developers and collaborate with customer service and clients.
• Monitor existing interfaces for quality assurance.
• Initiate appropriate measures in case of error messages.
• Manage and maintain projects in internal systems and organize daily tasks via the ticket system.

Requirements

• Completed training as an IT specialist or a degree in business informatics.
• Technical affinity and familiarity with APIs.
• Experience in customer support in a technical environment is desirable.
• Knowledge of XML/JSON and HTML is an advantage.
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
