• Manage group-wide Performance & Talent Management.
• Develop global concepts in Talent Management.

• Conduct trends scouting and benchmarking.

Requirements

• Several years of relevant experience in Talent Management.
• Confident presence at all company levels.
• Hands-on mentality with innovative ideas.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally (1-2 days/month).
• Degree in Business/Psychology or equivalent qualification.
