In Short

• Responsible for international performance and talent management projects from concept to implementation.
• Design global standards for performance management, skill management, succession planning, and leadership culture.
• Drive talent initiatives in collaboration with People Partners and Business Leaders across the organization.
• Utilize data and insights to evolve talent management based on evidence.
• Create decision templates and present them convincingly to senior management and the executive committee.
• Identify trends, benchmarks, and best practices to introduce new impulses in areas like digitalization, AI, leadership, or skill management.

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, psychology, social sciences, or a comparable field.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in talent management, learning & development, organizational development, or a related field, ideally with experience in consulting.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex topics.
• Confident demeanor at all hierarchy levels and the ability to manage impactful international projects.
• Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality and results orientation.
• Fluent English is essential; German is desirable; other languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 1-2 days/month).
