In Short

  • Lead the technical engagement of customer technical requests.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers’ existing business models.
  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Success Managers and other teams.
  • Deliver results in helping achieve company GRR, DRR, and positive NPS score targets.
  • Deliver engagements on time and within scope.
  • Grow and maintain knowledge of an evolving software solution.
  • Drive a consistently positive experience with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience with SMB and large enterprise clients.
  • Passion for making customers successful.
  • Experience problem-solving in various contexts.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn quickly.
  • Ability to communicate new concepts effectively.
  • Confidence in driving solutions autonomously.
  • Proficiency in integrating data source systems with eCommerce platforms is a bonus.
