In Short

  • Join the Customer Success Team responsible for delivering Feedzai's product to clients.
  • Bridge the gap between client needs and technical solution delivery.
  • Advise on best practices and scalable solutions.
  • Design high-level solutions based on client requirements.
  • Monitor multiple projects and ensure efficient implementation.
  • Develop tools and utilities to facilitate project implementation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during projects.
  • Review code and project engineering work.
  • Present Feedzai technology to clients.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Java development experience.
  • 2+ years of systems/solution design experience.
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise design.
  • Experience with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Experience with Server technologies: RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, Kafka, Spark, Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana.
  • Experience with Relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, Oracle, Cassandra).
  • Java and network application performance tuning and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Java memory management, garbage collection, and allocation troubleshooting.
