  • The purpose of a Credit Analyst Residential is to assist Australian mortgage brokers with administrative tasks to prepare, process and track loan applications.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and keep systems and CRMs updated.
  • Contribute to a smooth customer experience by researching lenders and products.
  • Prepare comprehensive credit submissions and liaise with clients for documentation.
  • Conduct NCCP Compliance checks and financial interpretations.
  • Generate application paperwork and assist in mitigating MIRs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and lending products.
  • Work from Home or Hybrid options available.

Requirements

  • Certificate IV Financing & Mortgage Broking.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant course.
  • 4+ years of experience in Australian mortgage broking.
  • Strong understanding of complex loan structures.
  • Experience in data entry into MyCRM and other systems.
  • Proficient in IT software and Google Workspace.
  • Experience using project/task management tools.
  • Ability to interpret complex financials.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
