Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 3 years' experience in credit analysis or similar role.
• Experience with MyCRM, Infynity, Mercury Nexus, etc.
• Strong understanding of commercial loans.
• Proficient in financial analysis tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of lenders' servicing calculators.
• Ability to analyze various income streams.
• Understanding of compliance requirements.
• Ability to convey analysis findings effectively.
