• Collaborate with brokers to package deals before lender submissions.
• Provide expert guidance on lender policies for compliance.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in credit analysis.
• Proficient in using financial analysis tools and CRM software.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field required.
• Strong understanding of income calculations and residential loans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in credit analysis or similar role.
• Experience with MyCRM, Infynity, Mercury Nexus, Flex, Salestrekker.
• Strong understanding of Residential Loans and income streams.
• Knowledge of lenders' servicing calculators.
• Excellent communication skills to convey findings to stakeholders.
