Overview

The Credit Analyst will review and analyze the creditworthiness of residential and commercial borrowers, ensuring compliance with lending regulations and providing recommendations for loan structuring.

In Short

• Work Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PH Time.
• Salary range of Php50,000 to Php90,000.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in credit analysis or similar role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Experience in credit analysis within the mortgage or finance industry.
• Knowledge of lenders' servicing calculators.
• Ability to assess risk and analyze financial statements.
• Strong understanding of economic factors affecting borrowers.
• Collaboration skills with loan officers and underwriters.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations in lending.
• Certificate IV in Financing & Mortgage Brokering is a plus.
