Credit Analyst - ICRE - Remote

Overview

The Symicor Group is seeking a remote Credit Analyst - ICRE to analyze complex financial information and cash flow of existing and potential borrowing clients for loan approval or denial.

• Analyze financial condition and cash flow of borrowers.
• Convert financial statements into common-size spreadsheets.
• Conduct in-depth reviews of financial documents.
• Present findings in comprehensive credit approval documents.
• Communicate with lenders and borrowers for necessary information.
• Assist lenders with structuring and underwriting loans.
• Support Credit Operations Specialist with financial statement updates.
• Assist Credit Underwriting Associates with financial statement spreads.
• Perform quality control review of imaged documents.

Requirements

• College degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business.
• 2-5 years of experience in credit analysis at a bank.
• Exceptional ability to analyze and interpret financial statements.
• Experience with borrowing base certificates and compliance.
• Ability to create and test borrower loan covenants.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks.
