Overview

The Symicor Group is seeking a Remote BSA/AML Compliance Analyst responsible for performing BSA/AML activity monitoring, analytics, and reporting.

In Short

• Handle complex, higher risk customers and alert types.
• Perform KYC/CDD Information documentation.
• Conduct detailed reviews of alerted transactions.
• Identify risks, patterns, and trends related to money laundering.
• Utilize internal systems and databases for analysis.
• Prepare write-ups supporting conclusions on transactional activity.
• Adhere to BSA/AML laws and regulations.
• Incorporate feedback from QC functions.

Requirements

• CAMS or CRCM certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in BSA transaction monitoring.
• Knowledge of money laundering laws.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong technical and research skills.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to draw conclusions from research.
• Ongoing sense of urgency and flexibility.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
