Requirements

• 5-7 years of banking experience.
• Experience in recruiting within a financial institution.
• Proven experience building and maintaining pipelines.
• Knowledge of Bullhorn ATS is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and internet tools.
• General knowledge of recruitment policies.
• Knowledge of employment laws including Diversity Legislation.
