Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a data-focused analytical role.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and dashboard building.
• Familiarity with recruiting platforms like Lever and Ashby.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for data presentation.
