Recruiting Data Analytics Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Recruiting Analytics Insights & Research team is hiring for a detail-oriented Analyst for our Recruiting Research and Competitive Intelligence team. This role will help evolve and support some of our most critical and highly visible self-service dashboards as the team builds out agentic and conversational analytics products as part of Salesforce’s next generation of Workforce Planning and Recruiting Platforms.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics or similar fields.
• Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Basic Python or SQL skills.
• Curiosity to grow and upskill in relevant knowledge.
• Nice to have experience in recruiting or sourcing.
